    Yes, the gutters on the house came away and the water just flowed down inside the siding. I’m fixing this place up for my folks who inherited it. Unfortunately, this 1968 rancher was sheathed in (wait for it) sheetrock(!) I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately it rained today, so I used that siding tool to cover the area with heavy plastic, and will get to work as soon as we have a dry day. Thanks, again!

    Thanks a lot for the comment! Did you have a water leak too? I am sure I didn’t do the best job possible, but I have found most professionals do not want to touch a project so small, and I can’t afford to pay some one to do it anyway. Glad this helped!
