how do you get spray foam Insulation out of your clothes?

My father went under the house and got some of the Foam Insulation on his sweatshirt. I washed it with out knowing that is was on there. So now it is stuck. Can some one please tell me how to get it off his sweatshirt. What do we use? I do not want to get rid of the sweatshirt because it means alot to him.. can some one help

If you get a spray foam like Great Stuff on your clothes when it is wet, and it dries there, I’m sorry to tell you this, but it is there forever. Mankind has not yet come up with a solvent for this stuff, and if they do, it will probably also dissolve the clothing.
