How do you remove Great Stuff (foam insulation) and / or wood stain from your hands?

wood stain – try paint thinner or gasoline…both are VERY EXPLOSIVE! so be careful. it will also dry your hands out like crazy, so use some lotion afterwards.

  4. I always use finger nail polish remover (soak for 2 minutes). Works wonders! I always get this stuff all over me when I work with it…they should make it better to where it is not so messy. Hope this helps.

  6. Keep your hands dry- it will peel the stained layer off more quickly. Wash your hands with soap and a tablespoon of sugar. Try getting a bar of ‘Lava’ soap from the drugstore is this won’t work. Good luck!

edit- kerosean works GREAT, at least it got tar off my hands really fast, but like paint thinner, it isn’t very safe. Try it as a last resort.
