ProfileMatic III Cutting Cellular Glass Block (FoamGlas) Using a Specially Designed Abrasive Wire
Edge-Sweets new ProfileMatic III is designed using Macron Linear Actuators. The machine is entirly constructed of Aluminum and Stainless Steel to resist corosion from the dust and vapors release from high performance rigid urethanes and other insulation materials. The machine can cut pipe insulation products at 400 in/min from Trymer; 100 in/min from FoamGlas; and varying speed from polyisocyanurate (PIR) depending of the density of teh PIR. Additionally, the ProfieMatic III can be configured in many sizes and with many options such as turntables, vaccum tables, and conveyors for loading and unloading. Edge-Sweets has the most advanced nesting software in the world for porcessing pipe insulations and other products that required the use of an Abrasive Fast Wire cutting system.
